With over two decades of experience in the IT, Consulting and Manufacturing industries at companies like Oracle and Wipro, Nirmala is recognised as a KM thought-leader by the World Education Congress, twice in a row, and was featured as a Global KM Influencer in Stan Garfield’s KM Chronicles.
With a US patent, on a KM framework and methodology, which was granted to her for the work she did in Wipro. She also has an advanced Business Leadership certification (2018) from IIM, Bangalore. She has worked out of Bangalore, Chennai and UK and, in addition, has travels to the US, Singapore and Australia as a consultant/conference speaker.
Nirmala is a passionate writer and blogger and has been publishing posts and articles since 2001. She recently wrote and published her first book - on human psychology and how it impacts life - entitled Finding Peace in Parenting, Partnership and Profession.
